Apply for Grades 9–12

The number of openings in grades 9-12 is contingent upon withdrawals. Those applying to 10th grade and above must have completed certain credits, and should submit a high school transcript for review prior to completing an application. Please contact the Admissions Office at 808-836-4800 with any questions regarding transfer credits.

Application Fees

• A non-refundable fee of $100.00 must accompany each application.

Application

• Complete the application, along with the application fee and ALL required documents, through FACTS.
• Please follow up with your child’s teacher(s) and/or pastor to ensure reference forms have been submitted.
• Only completed applications with ALL required documents will be processed. Applicants whose applications are incomplete will not be processed.

Testing

• The admissions office will schedule an admissions test for each new student.
• The admissions testing assesses the applicant’s skills in reading, writing, and mathematics.
• Please make every effort to attend the scheduled test session; postponing the test session will delay the processing of your child’s application.
• In lieu of our admissions test, we will also accept a copy of an applicant’s Secondary School Admissions Test (SSAT) results; however, the applicant will still need to come in on one of the scheduled testing dates to complete a writing sample. 

Notification and Other Enrollment Information

• First-round applicants are notified of a decision by February 28, 2025.
• If an applicant is accepted, a non-refundable enrollment deposit of $500.00 is required, which will be fully applied toward the annual tuition.
• All new students must have a current annual physical examination, including immunizations and a TB test.
